Morgan Cruikshank - Poem
Used to be in Carstairs
There used to be
a sunset at this time.
But those skies
that gave interest
to the view
are different now.
Most of those
overhead views
have undergone
alteration. Even as
sundry aspects
of your interior
have done the same.
True, there could
have been more
to think back to.
Like when I used
to be in Carstairs.
But it was always
hard to forecast
the arrangements
of townships.
